Anantha Nilayam

The journey begins not at the door, but in the landscape. Lush gardens unfold around the home, layered with diverse plant life, soft lawns, and shaded trees that create a world of their own. The architecture does not dominate this setting; it settles gently within it.

Spread across a vast 2-acre site in Shamshabad, Anantha Nilayam is envisioned as a residence where architecture and landscape exist as one continuous experience. The project explores the idea of expansiveness — not just in scale, but in how space is perceived, experienced, and lived.

Project Information

At the heart of the home lies a central water body beneath a dramatic double-height volume. This space acts as a climatic and experiential core — drawing in light, enhancing ventilation, and creating a serene focal point around which daily life revolves. The reflections of water animate the interiors, adding a dynamic quality to otherwise calm spaces.

Endless Living in Nature

The planning emphasizes openness and continuity. Living and dining areas are designed as expansive, interconnected zones that visually extend into the landscape. Large openings dissolve boundaries, allowing the outdoors to become an integral part of the interior experience.

A home that expands beyond its walls into landscape, water, and sky.
