Urban Kissan

The design of Urban Kissan Café emerges from the idea of bringing the farm closer to the table. Rooted in the philosophy of fresh, locally grown food through hydroponic farming, the space translates the journey of vegetables—from cultivation to cuisine—into an architectural experience.

Project Information

Spread across 2500 sq.ft, the café is envisioned as a warm, plant-filled environment that blurs the boundaries between nature, food, and people. Natural materials, warm wood tones, and abundant greenery create a calming atmosphere that reflects the purity and freshness of the produce grown by Urban Kissan. Hanging lights, open seating, and planter integrations evoke the feeling of dining within a contemporary indoor garden.

More than a café, the space becomes a narrative of farm-to-table culture, where architecture quietly supports the story of food grown responsibly and served thoughtfully.

A retreat where architecture blends seamlessly with the rhythms of nature.
