YN HouseYadav Nest

Conceived as a nest of light and quiet refuge, this home gathers space around a gentle core. A sculptural stair rises at the center, screened by a porous jali that filters the day into soft patterns, much like light passing through branches. The double-height living volume opens as a place of arrival—anchored in stone, yet lifted by delicate sparrow forms that hover overhead.

Project Information

Stone, wood, and light compose a quiet material dialogue. Marble planes anchor the volumes, while the jali filters sun into shifting patterns. Glass and metal lend lightness to the stair’s sculptural core. Warmer textures and planted edges soften the private realms, as the terrace’s tactile surfaces dissolve seamlessly into sky and water.

Above, the house releases into sky and water. The terrace, with its still horizon pool and enclosed theatre, becomes a space for retreat and gathering.

YN HOUSE is not merely a dwelling, but a layered habitat—crafted for belonging, light, and everyday rituals of home.
